Office Buildings
Church House Building Development – A$22.2m upgrade of the Heritage listed office building in the heart of Perth CBD.
Forrest Centre – Regarded as one of the most prestigious business address in the Perth CBD, this 30-storey 31,000m2 A-grade office space posed a special challenge for contractors in the upgrading process due to the heritage listing status of the building facility.

Hotels and Shopping Centres
Lakeside SC – One of the largest retail destinations in WA with over 300 stores, a cinema, two food courts and outdoor dining options.
Woolworths/Coles Supermarkets – WW/Coles accounts for 80% of the supermarkets in WA with store sights throughout Australia. Price Trandos Engineering is one of a few accredited manufacturers for the retailers.
Mandurah Forum SC – A A$350m shopping centre upgrade will make it the 6th largest retail destination in the state.
The Crown Towers Hotel – Australia’s most prestigious luxury hotel and its first 6-star hotel.

Education Facilities and Hospitals
BER Project – Building the Education Revolution (BER) is an Australian government program designed to provide new and refurbished infrastructure to all Australian Schools. The programs total investment was A$16.2 billion over 7,961 schools.
WAPPP – A A$100m State Government initiative was spent on improving the facilities and designs for 8 Primary and Secondary Schools.
Fiona Stanley Hospital – FSH is the largest Hospital in the Southern Hemisphere and is the largest building project undertaken by the Government of Western Australia.

Stadiums and Mixed Use Developments
Perth Arena – Perth Arena is one of the most complex steel building constructions in Australia with a seating capacity of 15,500. It is WA’s landmark home of live entertainment, music and sports.
Convention and Exhibition Centre – With the capacity to handle up to 5,000 delegates, the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre comprises a 2,500 seat auditorium, six exhibition rooms offering 16,000 square meters of space and ballrooms.

Airports and Airforce Defence Bases
Perth International Airport – The airport is a part of a site wide A$750m redevelopment and transferring into a major transport hub within Australia.
HMAS Stirling – HMAS Stirling is the Royal Australian Navy’s primary base on the west coast of Australia – this is today, the largest base in the Royal Australian Navy and is home to more than 3,500 personnel.
RAAF Pearce – This Air Force base is utilised by the Australian and Singapore Air Force.

Mining and Oil & Gas
Wheatstone Project – The Chevron-operated Wheatstone LNG plant is one of Australia’s largest resource projects.
Barrow Island – An LNG development between Chevron, Shell, and Mobil, this Gas project spans 300 ha of land and can produce 15 million tonnes of LNG per year.
Jimble Bar Mine – This is an iron ore mine located in the remote Pilbara region of WA. The mine is fully owned by BHP Billiton.
Roy Hill Remote Operations Centre – This ROC facility is a state of the art control facility that remotely operates the Roy Hill Mine.
